Terms and Conditions of Service

The following are the standard Terms and Conditions of Antzdesign (Antzdesign will be referred to as us/our/we in this document). Please read these terms carefully and make sure you fully understand these Terms and Conditions before you (the customer) begin any projects or designs with us. It is important to understand the meaning of these Terms and Conditions. Please also note that we may need to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice. If you do not understand any Terms and Conditions in this document, please contact us.

START WORKING

1. Agreement – Cooperating with us, after paying the deposit or the customer confirms that they can start creation/design/purchase/printing services, etc., it constitutes agreement to the terms and conditions here.

SCHEDULE PARAMETERS

2a. Working hours/day – Normal working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm; Saturdays, Sundays and statutory holidays as rest days (except for expedited work that we have agreed with our customers).

2b. Timetable – The work outlined in this Agreement will be completed within a reasonable, non-busy timetable as agreed between us and the customer before the commencement of each project. Delays or unusual working hours may be incurred if additional shortening of the completion date is required. Expedited work will be negotiated with the customer. Our schedule assumes prompt review and response by the client to all deliverables.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

3a. Customer Representative – The Account Representative has full authority to provide and obtain all necessary information and approvals throughout the project. Customer represents that the Customer Representative has full power and authority to enter into this Agreement and that this Agreement shall be binding on us and the Customer Representative personally and may be bound by its terms. law enforcement.

3b. Customer Responsibilities – The customer will provide us with accurate, complete and timely information, materials and materials and guarantee that we have all necessary rights and ownership rights to these materials to allow us to use them in the project.

3c. Customer approval – The customer will review, approve and proofread all different design versions, printing samples, platform tests, etc. We will try our best to ensure that the information is not distorted, but the customer takes full responsibility for the content; before the customer approves any project, we will not be responsible for any post-design Responsible for errors.

3d. Customer changes – To avoid errors, any modifications made by the customer to the design draft or project should be avoided over the phone as much as possible. Communication software such as WhatsApp or email should be used to confirm text modifications and provide electronic files/texts etc. Oral or voice-over modifications will not be accepted. Any substantively changed text must also be provided in a marked electronic file or legible handwriting to indicate that it is a revised text etc.

SAMPLES AND CREDITS

4a. Sample – Once all the concepts/words/texts/projects/designs/manuscripts/artworks created by us are made public or cancelled by the customer, we will be able to use the samples/different versions/from the works created in this agreement. There are no public versions, pictures/images/project names, etc., which we may use for any digital/online platforms, publications, exhibitions, competitions and other publicity purposes without any notice. Termination for any reason: after the project/any cooperative relationship with us/ any part of the project is delayed for more than 30 days, all design manuscripts/files of the project will be regarded as “work samples/unpublished versions”)

4b. Delay and Termination – If the customer determines to terminate the project or any cooperative relationship with us for any reason, all the money received such as deposit etc., which will not be refunded. If any part of the project is delayed for more than 30 days, the invoice will be made for the current completed work. If the customer suddenly wants to resume unfinished work after 30 days, we will re-quote the project.

4c. Credit – All publicity or promotion of projects and relationships between customer and us, including but not limited to awards, competitions, press releases, etc. (i.e.: “We design for”) will mention the following credits.

PAYMENT PARAMETERS

5a. Deposit and balance – If the customer agrees to deposit according to the final quotation, the customer will pay us a deposit to start any project; the balance must be paid after the project/design is completed and the customer agrees to us return the appropriate files to the customer, or by the customer and the balance of the order on the quotation that we have agreed to pay before the scheduled payment date. Once the project research, resource allocation or project/design is in progress, regardless of whether the customer ultimately uses the design solution provided by us, the design fee/deposit will be Will not be refunded.

5b. Consequences of non-payment – After the project is completed, if the customer has confirmed receipt of the invoice, but has not issued the payment/remaining balance of the invoice on the scheduled payment date on the invoice or within a reasonable time, we will suspend the relevant work and retain/reject it. We will reserve all legal rights to pursue any documents/archives related to the issuance of any project.

ELECTRONIC DOCUMENT

6a. Storage time – We agree to store all electronic files created for our customer on the cloud designated by us for 30 days to meet the client’s work needs. After 30 days, we will delete all files for the project.

6b. Documentation requirements – If the customer has specific requirements for the project documents/manuscripts/archives, etc., the customer must be accurately communicated to us in writing/text before to start of the project.

COPYRIGHT

7a. Ownership – We still own the copyright of all concepts/texts/texts/designs/manuscripts/artworks etc. created by us. If the customer illegally uses these concepts/words/texts/designs/manuscripts/artworks etc., before paying the balance or full payment. that are strictly prohibited and illegal, we will reserve all legal rights to pursue them.

7b. Transfer of Ownership – Before the balance or full payment of the account, all concepts/words/texts/designs/manuscripts/artworks, etc. created by us belong to our property. After the customer pays the balance or full payment, the copyright ownership will be transferred to the customer.

Copyright under the “Works and Ordinance” of the Hong Kong Government and the Hong Kong Legislative Council is also protected by The Copyright Ordinance (Cap. 528).

In addition, The Australian Copyright Act (1968), which also applies to Hong Kong law, “Copyright License” Subject to a mutual agreement between the client and the designer, the copyright will remain our property until the parties complete the agreement.

As part of our terms & conditions of business, copyright permission will be automatically issued to the client upon receipt of final payment for the commissioned project. We will retain the right to use all concepts/words/texts/designs/contributions generated during the projects/artworks, etc. (including concepts not chosen by the customer) and the right to amend, which may be used by us to promote us on any digital/online platform, in publications, exhibitions, competitions and other promotional purposes, such as the customer Unless otherwise specified in writing.

7c. Limitations on Ownership – Before the project begins, the customer needs to discuss with us for any future re-use or re-printing requirements for the same item/design/artwork etc. (i.e. if this may result in a commission agreement with us, the client needs to first discuss the same item/design/franchise rights or multiple uses of artwork, etc. are agreed upon).
