STUDY CUSTOMER GUIDELINES
Set goals and details from the brief, which is the appetizer that leads the client to the final. I ask as many questions as possible at this stage and make sure we’re on the right track.
Keywords: What is the message we are trying to convey, and by what means? Having these key points will ensure we don’t get sidetracked along the way. RESEARCH
I will read books, search the Internet, interview more professionals, etc., to better understand this industry. I will try to understand my client’s competitors in as many aspects as possible. In this way, I can provide my clients with the best and most unique products. Design solutions.
BRAINSTORMING
I’ve researched clients, leads, industry, and audiences or readers, and now it’s time to put it all together. One way to brainstorm ideas is to use a structured mind map that contains ideas associated with the client’s central concept.
Some people prefer to make lists or write down random thoughts they have in the shower on a scrap piece of paper or their phone. Regardless of personal preference, just let the ideas flow! Make sure to record all ideas and concepts. I will create different ideas and outline as many concepts as possible, choosing the one that best suits the client’s needs.
CREATE VARIATIONS OF A CONCEPT
I’ll flesh these concepts out. Here, we create variations of each concept to fit multiple different platforms and maintain a consistent story across channels.
FEEDBACK/MODIFICATION OF PROPOSED CONCEPTS
I will introduce the concepts to the client, explaining the rationale behind each concept and why they will be successful; you then provide me with feedback and what I think best fits your needs. I will perform the necessary modifications to develop the concepts into a complete design and follow up with the next round of revisions to ensure the design becomes a final product.
DELIVERY AND RELEASE
Once everything has final approval from the client, I will send all files to you in various formats (each format is suitable for a specific platform).
